These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from RISE through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the product, price, pickup, cancellation, and other details shown at checkout. If an order confirmation contains different order-specific terms, the confirmation will apply to that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

RISE offers small-batch sourdough breads and other cottage-food products made and sold in accordance with applicable cottage-food laws and regulations. Products and availability may vary by preorder window, and quantities are limited.

Please read the product description, ingredient information, allergen information, and any required cottage-food disclosure before ordering. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in size, shape, color, and appearance are natural and may occur.

Ingredient and major-allergen information is provided with each product. Because RISE offers rotating flavors and specialty items, ingredients and allergens may vary by product. Please review the ingredient and allergen information for each item before ordering.

RISE products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, and tree nuts, may be present. While care is taken during preparation, cross-contact cannot be completely ruled out. If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact RISE before ordering.

Orders are accepted during each preorder window and are subject to availability. Products are made in small batches, and quantities are limited, so an item or pickup date may sell out before the ordering window closes.

An order is confirmed once checkout and payment are successfully completed. Please review your selected products, quantities, and pickup date before submitting your order.

Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time. The total shown at checkout includes the products selected and any applicable taxes or fees

Payment is due at the time the order is placed and is processed securely through the payment method shown at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

If your need to change or cancel an order, please contact RISE as soon as possible. Because products are made specifically for each preorder and pickup date, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the preorder window has closed or preparation has begun.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. If RISE needs to cancel an order or is unable to fulfill an item you purchased, you will receive a refund for the affected item or order.

RISE orders are currently available for local pickup only at The Shanty Restaurant in Wadsworth, IL. Your selected pickup date, time, and location will be shown during checkout and in your order confirmation.

Please pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window. If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup, please contact RISE as soon as possible. Orders that are not picked upas scheduled are not guaranteed to be available at a later date.

RISE does not currently offer subscription or recurring-order plans. If subscription options are offered in the future, applicable pricing, renewal, cancellation, and other terms will be provided before enrollment.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information when placing an order. RISE may use the email address or phone number you provide to send order confirmation, pickup reminders, and other communications related to your order.

If you choose to subscribe to marketing emails or text messages, you may unsubscribe at any time using the options provided in those communications. Transactional messages related to an order may still be sent as needed to complete your purchase and pickup.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact RISE as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

To the extend permitted by applicable law, RISE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of its products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
